I'm an interior designer and do a lot of sourcing for furniture and accessories at local furniture stores. I met Zachary when working on a furnishings project for a client. He went above and beyond to make the whole decision-making/purchasing/delivery process as easy as possible for both me and my client, and for every project since, I've made sure that he's the one I work with. Zach is knowledgeable about the product he offers, which is definitely important, but he also greets me by name every time I go in. I source at many different stores, and it makes such a difference when someone knows you and genuinely cares about helping you. He's personable, energetic, and fun to work with, and also takes the time to understand exactly what I'm looking for for a particular client. I've texted him many, many times when I'm on the hunt for something of a specific size, color, or material and he is so quick to respond and give me great options to choose from. I moved into a new home and needed help pulling the whole thing together. I searched around for several months and struggled to find a place that could help me. Many of them had super high design fees or wouldn't help with a job that was smaller like mine. I didn't consider my job small but several of the places I contacted were only doing new builds, etc.
I reached out online and was contacted within about 30 minutes by Zachary. Not only is Zach super friendly and easy to talk with he also asks questions and listens. Just on my initial phone call with Zach I knew I had to meet again and see some of his ideas for my space. We scheduled a time and he came to my place to measure and take pictures. He brought several samples and ideas based on our initial conversation. I instantly fell in love with some of the items he brought and they became some of the focal points in my home.
Zach was able to listen to what I like and take some of my ideas and suggestions and help bring it all to life. He brought ideas that I wouldn't have considered and I appreciated his expertise. I am still working out some of the smaller details on my home and Zach continues to offer ideas and suggestions. I highly recommend working with Zach. He has a great eye and has the experience and expertise to accommodate all design styles, preferences and budgets.
